Summer starts now
And the only thing we know for sure about the warm season? It goes by WAY too fast. So here are 3 ways to make this one stand out, no matter how busy you are:
1. Spend more time outdoors. The proof is in the scientific pudding—fresh air is good for your mind, body and sleep patterns. So stock up while the gettin’s good.
2. Do something new. Childhood summers stick with us for a reason. Get back that sense of wonderment by exploring a new place or trying a new activity like paddleboarding.
3. Make weekends count. Can’t pull off a 6-week trek overseas? A couple 3-day trips to a lake-side campsite or pine-scented park can elevate any summer to epic status.
